Refund policy

Claims will be authorised for manufacturing defects only and the same must be made within 10 days of receiving of the product. 

Claims not related to manufacturing defects will not be considered.

Credit if any, will be processed within 7 working days from the date of accepting the claim.

In no case, a cash refund will be processed.

Please be advised that we reserve the right to deduct, from any refund due to the customer, the costs incurred by us for the return of shipment of goods refused by the customer at customs in the destination country.
